What you can do to help

  • Stay home as much as possible. Exercise outside is fine, but limit trips elsewhere.
  • If you need to go to work or to get groceries, maintain at least a 2 metre distance between you and all other people.
  • Wash your hands before and after touching anything that has come into contact with other people or that will contact your face. Scrub all hand surfaces with soap for at least 20 seconds.
  • Help your kids wash their hands as frequently as possible, with soap and warm water.
  • Try not to touch your face. Remind your children to not touch their faces.
  • Dispose of outer packaging on products as soon as possible, and if you can, don't bring it inside.
  • Check on those you  know who live alone, are elderly, or have medical conditions that may be more susceptible to the virus. If you are healthy, think about picking up groceries for those who are more susceptible and drop them at their door.
